Membership Types & Dues Structures
Public Adjuster Membership
Public Adjuster Members are companies who employ public adjusters on a full-time and professional basis in the adjustment of first party insurance claims for owners of fixed properties -- commercial, industrial, institutional, retail, and/or residential -- that have been damaged by causes covered by insurance. All licensed public adjusters at a member firm must be enrolled in the association.
Public Adjuster members shall not acquire any interest in salvaged property or participate in any way, directly or indirectly, in the reconstruction, repair or restoration of damaged property.
Public Adjuster First-Time Member Dues Discount:
All Public Adjuster Firm Employees and 1099 Employee Dues are 50% off for the first membership term. All dues will be prorated from the official welcome date and membership will be active through June 30.
*Individuals who enroll under the discount program may not vote or serve on the board of directors their first year.
*Current members or past members (within three years) are not eligible for this promotion.
Renewing Member Dues:
Public Adjuster Dues: $1,000/year expiring June 30.
1099 Employee Dues: $320/year expiring June 30.
*Public Adjuster Member Dues will be capped at $10,000 per year.
Affiliate: Professional Membership
Professional Members are individuals such as attorneys, accountants, engineers, accountants and other professionals who work in the first party property insurance field.
Affiliate: Professional Member Dues:
Professional Member Dues: $1,000/year expiring June 30.
Dues will be prorated the first year of membership.
Affiliate: Supplier Firm Membership
Supplier Firm Members are firms that provide products and/or services to public adjusters and other professionals who serve in the first party property insurance field.
Affiliate: Supplier Firm Member Dues:
Supplier Firm Dues: $1,985/year expiring June 30.
Dues will be prorated the first year of membership.
Affiliate: Association/Non-Profit Membership
Association/Non-Profit Members are tax exempt organizations such as state and national associations, consumer and plaintiff advocacy groups, and other not for profit entities involved in the first party property insurance field.
Affiliate: Association/Non-Profit Member Dues:
Association/Non-Profit Dues: $1,000/year expiring June 30.
Dues will be prorated the first year of membership.
