We are a diversified Public Insurance Adjusting Firm with a reputation as knowledgeable and an expert in the areas of residential and commercial property insurance claims. We have more than 33 years in the industry and have negotiating more than 30,000 claims ranging from wind/hail damage, hurricane, and large fire losses to floods resulting from a plumbing failure.
Types of risks would include multifamily dwellings/ apartments, condo towers/ timeshare properties, and strip centers as well as all residential risks. We have a strong background in construction, insurance claims handling techniques, and claims operation development and management.
Our specialties include large complex property damage estimating, co-insurances evaluations through Xactimate and MSB products and strong damage recognition skills.
